- Payment Information: We do not store your credit card or bank details. All payments (FPX, credit/debit cards) are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe.

- Extract necessary title details to conduct the official search at the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian (PTG).
- Provide our complimentary Title Review summary.
- Deliver the official PDF results to your email.
- Process payments and issue refunds if necessary.
- Communicate with you regarding your order.
4. Data Security and Document Deletion We implement bank-level encryption for data transmission. We understand the sensitive nature of property documents. Any documents uploaded to our platform (such as SPAs or Gerans) are used solely for data extraction and are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after your search is successfully delivered. We do not store, share, or sell your search history.
5. Third-Party Services We utilize trusted third-party providers to operate our service:
- Tally.so: For secure form submission and document uploads.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing. These providers are bound by strict data protection standards and do not have the right to use your data beyond providing their specific services.
