What do I need to provide to conduct a search?
The easiest way is to simply upload a clear photo or PDF of your Land Title (Geran), Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), or Proclamation of Sale (POS) directly on our order form. Our team will extract the exact title details needed. Alternatively, you can manually type in the State, District, Mukim, Title Type, and Lot Number.
Is it safe to upload my SPA or Proclamation of Sale?
Absolutely. Your documents are uploaded via a secure, encrypted connection. We use your uploaded document strictly to extract the correct Title and Lot numbers for the PTG database. Once your Private Land Search is successfully delivered, your uploaded documents are permanently deleted from our servers.
I only have the property address. Can I still search?
Unfortunately, the Land Office (PTG) database does not operate via street addresses. You must have the official Title details, which is why uploading an SPA, Title, or POS is the fastest way to get accurate results.
What exactly is included in the Private Land Search PDF?
